Clarity is a system property
BTC95 is a high-purity powder positioned for transparent shampoo use, and GX60 is a clear liquid cetrimonium chloride grade. Neither product can guarantee clarity independently of the wider surfactant, fragrance, preservative, polymer and electrolyte package.
Use a controlled screening matrix that records raw-material order, dilution water, process temperature, pH, salt curve and storage temperature. Check both initial appearance and long-term haze, separation or precipitation.
